parati will send you a piece of paper your doctor needs to sign. you can make a photograph of said paper after it was signed and email it back to them. after payment is done they will ship it

 

some people with criminal energy might just sign the paper with some fake signing to save time and money (of going to the doctor) because the chances of an pharmacy in italy to control if the signing is legit is very low. i would strongly advice against this though
