Can someone explain Acell matristem & if needed when doing FUT?

Hi, a transplant clinic wants to do a FUT that uses Acell matristem, what are the benefits of using this ?

I read it comes from pigs and that kinda grosses me out, I might try to NOT use it, i was wanting to know what i would be missing out on ?

Apparently A-cell aids and speeds up growth, but it doesn't seem to have much benefit. There are many people who don't get A-cell and have the same growth timeframes of patients who do get A-cell. I had A-cell twice and I don't think it did much.

you would miss out on nothing. A-cell came and then mostly vanished . If it was effective then many clinics would have offered it. And it would be the first line of defense against hairfall for people here.

I’ve had ACell administered with both of my hair transplants. I think it’s more so used to improve healing and graft survival than to regrow hair.
