Hey guys sorry for lack of updates, as year got on I felt more inclined just to give a year update. I will attach a lot of pics with different lightings. I am happy overall with the result. Especially when looked at before and after. The only thing stopping this being perfect hair for me is the lowered left side could do with being more dense. But it still looks natural and there is still no scarring. I have not decided If to touch this up yet since hair looks good as it is and I have already used alot of grafts. The touch up would mean I can have a gelled slick back style.

Your results are just remarkable and absolutely natural.  The temple peaks are just perfect.
Judging by the photos from your last update, you look much younger now.

Thank you , I often see topics posted about best surgeons for temple points, given there are few who can pull them off naturally I’m surprised I never see Saifi mentioned. He has the portfolio off them with me adding to it.
