Absolutely not, so you shouldn't do it haha. When it's safe to do? Day 10 you're more than fine to rub against grafts gently. Doesn't mean you should, but grafts are pretty secure by then. I think I was wearing non button shirts as early as day 3, but that's not a good idea, I just know myself, I have good body coordination and I was hyper careful to put them on without touching anything.
