where to purchase branded propecia that won't go out of business?

Ok so I'm trying to get porpecia, but it doesn't seem to be that straight-forward. So many sites like keeps/forhims/lemonaid etc available, and even amazon pharmacy seems to have it for amazing deal?

Some of them require prescription, and some of them seem to require "ok.. prescription that is sort of pre-approved... order first..?"

 

I've been reading stuff online and it seems branded propecia seems to be more effective than the generic one (lots of reasoning, and also many people saying it's not true, and many people saying they tried generic not much impact, with branded success etc).

 

If I type "branded propecia purchase" on google.. the sponsored "forhims/keeps" come up lol and they sell generic versions.  I think accord has propecia? but is that in UK?  I'm in USA, michigan.  Where can I get stable supply of branded propecia? (I've seen cases where they got the branded propecia for 3 months, then pharmacy ran out of it, suggested generic, tried generic for months, lost all the hair they gained for 3 months..)

 

Any thoughts/help?
