Can you still get growth from month 12 to 15?

What usually happens in these months. Especially if you've had chest or beard hairs also implanted

A lot of people say that the final results are at 12 months. But if you are a slow grower I would say you could argue 18 months. The crown takes longer as well and it is also said that the standard timeframe for the crown is 18 months.

Definitely yes, My best results of my first FUE showed up at 18 months and persisted for about 2 years until I started losing more hair to a point I needed another FUE

If you are on Finasteride then past that 1 year to 1.5 year mark, your hairs reaches their maximum growth outcome but from that point onwards you will see how the hair thickens up as they draw back from the miniaturization due to the meds.

do you mean non transplanted hair started to go after 2 years, also were you on meds during this time.
