Does every single hair graft scab up after HT, or no?

Just wondering as I approach my 7 days post and will be doing the wash within a few days, the area is obviously dried out pretty good and the scabs are starting to shed off. But does every single implanted graft scab up? I have a little of that cracking effect where there are lines between scabbed areas and I'm just wondering if that means there were no grafts implanted in those lined areas, or if not every single graft scabs up to the same degree after implantation.
