Today while washing my hair I felt as if a scab was still attached to my new hairline so I gently massaged it off. Once came out I saw that those were actually 2 hairs attached to a bulb, no crust. I am 18 days post op and I didnt see any bleeding. Is that normal?

Yep! As Sean stated, they can have more than one hair - with some grafts having up to 4 hairs. Almost half of my grafts were actually doubles, to give you some perspective.
