Is this Aloe Vera gel ok to use? Aloe Vera Holika Holika 99% Gel

Any issue with using this kind of aloe vera gel on the recipient area?  I used it tonight for the first time (8 weeks post op).  I figure no harm could come from one use, but will discontinue if people here see a problem.  It's mineral-oil and paraben free.

Brand aside, there's usually no harm in using aloe vera.
