@Jburnett definitely an improvement from its natural state; but, even with your hair wet, it looks like its lacking density, especially in picture 6. 

That being said, it looks very natural and is much better than before. Depending on your age (40's, 50's) I'd say its a solid natural-looking result and you are done with the hairloss journey for now. But if you are say in your 20s or early 30's, you probably want a touch up procedure to fill in the density, to get your desired look

EDIT: I didn't realize your procedure was only 4 months ago. Still time for new hair to grow in. If the pics were of the final result, then my opinions above stand.
