Are antihistamines 9 days post-op allowed despite their vasoconstricting effect?

I sometimes use Cetirizine for allergy (itching mostly). I didn't do that after the transplant because I seem to remember that antihistamines are vasoconstrictors. And my own theory was that that might be bad for the grafts. 

Meanwhile, I would like to take it now because of an ongoing allergy, is it safe for my grafts to use Cetirizine? I am 9 days post-op.

Of course I have e-mailed my doctor (day before yesterday), but due to Christmas no response yet.
