You should see your doctor about getting on finasteride ASAP and start on minoxidil too. Best advice is to see your Dr and a dermatologist. Definitely don’t consider a hair transplant at present. You need to look at a med regime most importantly. Let’s see how you respond with meds. That’s the first thing to consider. It would help save the hair you have and hopefully strengthen and improve it at the same time. You shouldn’t consider a transplant until you have taken steps to address the issues we can see. One step at a time. Talk to your Dr and a Dermatologist to get examined and find out what’s happening ! You would need to be on Fin/Minox for at least a year to really see improvements.
