In what way? Who could do that for me, and what would they be looking for? I suppose I would ask why the transplanted hairs didn't hold up well over time and if that is typical. Perhaps an explanation from the Doctor and not the representative. After all you were a patient and spent thousands, they should give you the courtesy of an explanation.
