I started 6% Minoxidil/ 0.1% Finasteride spray about 90 days ago. I have thinning in my part which is increasing as I get older. My hair was at least twice as thick as it is now when I was younger. I’m hoping to reactivate some follicles in my part, which is becoming noticeable. 
 

See the photo. The thing that is new is smaller black hairs appearing. My hair is uniformly silver and I had no such hairs when I started treatment. Has any one else experienced this or have some knowledge about what’s happening? Is it working? I do not have any before photos.
