I was reading an article about the efficacy of platelet rich plasma one day and someone said that -

with small studies or samples we don't know if it would work for everybody.)

And  if i recall correct then  studies are categorized as 'small'  when the  number of participants in the study go below 300. Now to what i want to know, can i now start taking oral min and say i have 80 or 90% chance of regrowth or is it necessary to have larger studies to know that?.
