Sam_S Posted September 2, 2021 Share Posted September 2, 2021 I received a hair transplant 7 weeks ago and this week I went to a local doctor to receive PRP treatment. When I got the treatment, the doctor rubbed the recipient area vigorously to clean it before administering the shot which caused a ton of hair to shed. Will the vigorous rubbing effect the results of the hair transplant this far out? I believe the grafts should be secure at this point and the hairs that shed would have shed anyways at this stage but just wanted to confirm. Thanks team!
