It cause scalp pain, itching, and swelling. inflammation of hair follicles (folliculitis) Can be bleeding. losing sensation around the surgical sites. visible areas of hair that don't match the surrounding hair or are noticeably thinner. A hair transplant is generally a safe procedure, but as with any type of operation there's always a small risk of: bleeding. infection. an allergic reaction to the anesthetic.
