I'm keen to proceed with a US surgeon (initial thoughts are Shapiro or Fellar) but i'm not the best flyer in the world! Are there any of you out there that have actually caught a boat across to the US!? Interested to know also, Which European surgeon is probably rated the best for hairlines? Thanks all!
