Donor hair may not be strong enough? Doctors may need to extract from beard?

 I have been talking to doctors in Turkey and they are saying my donor hair is not strong enough for a transplant. Only 2 doctors out of 5 have said they can do it. Both say they may have to extract my beard hair for some grafts. I am a Norwood 5. Has anybody has experience with this?
