Regular Member Dhyan Posted December 16, 2018 Regular Member Share Posted December 16, 2018 How wide was the scar ??
Senior Member L0ke Posted December 17, 2018 Author Senior Member Share Posted December 17, 2018 (edited) The superior Y-shaped scar had a width of 2-14 mm. The inferior scar had a width of 2-6mm. The goal was to reduce the visibility of the punch grafts in the hairline and midhead region and also to have a short hair cut of 6mm. After the first surgery the scars were invisible at a haircut of 12mm*; after the second surgery we succeeded in our goal of 6mm. * Attached a picture of the patient with a haircut of 12mm as a result after the 1st FUE. Senior Member L0ke Posted December 18, 2018 Author Senior Member Share Posted December 18, 2018 No problem. Attached you can find some more pictures (preop 1st FUE, preop 2nd FUE, 1 year postop 2nd FUE). Unfortunately we do not have a picture preop of short hair, therefor also a picture intra-op of the first FUE. The microscopical view with the DermLite shows the Y-shaped scar in detail. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Glad to help! L0ke - Representative for Dr. Feriduni
