Dr Erkans assistant emailed back after I sent a video showing my hair better. He thinks 2700-2800 grafts to hairline, and reinforcing the middle front area as well as my current hairline. The rest of the grafts going to the crown.

Ive emailed back expressing concerns with the crown grafts and may just leave the crown for now. The assistant did mention being careful around existing hair so as not to cause further loss, so maybe I am worried over nothing?

In the mean time ive ordered a derma stamp as opposed to a dermaroller as the roller makes my hair tangle and I think i will stick better to using a stamp. Im gonna try it every day for 6 months and see if it makes any difference, cant really do much else with regards to non surgical options.

The silver lining is if I opt for crown grafts at a later date, the recovery wont be as bad. Since after a shaved head i'll at least have a normal hairline growing back during the recovery stage.
