What are you actually wanting us to comment on, are any of the pics pre-meds?

It looks like you lost some additional hair since I last saw your photos. You say you are on meds. However, if I remember correctly, you are no longer taking Propecia due to side effects? Are you using Rogaine at least? If you are experiencing side effects with Propecia, you may want to consider a topical antiandrogen such as ketoconazole (Extina foam, Nizoral or Revita shampoo), Crinagen, or Revivogen. What is your medical treatment regime currently and how long have you been on it?

 

You have pretty extensive hair loss and you appear to be heading toward a Norwood 6, as far as I can tell by the photos. Medical treatment may help prevent you from progressing further and may even thicken some of your existing thinning hair.

 

Given your current hair loss (not including future loss), I'd suggest you may need 4000+ grafts to achieve adequate density and coverage.

 

Have you decided on a surgeon? When do you plan on having a procedure?
