This 35 year old came in yesterday for his six month follow up after receiving 3000 FUE grafts in his frontal third. A conservative approach was designed for his hairline to conserve limited donor hair. We planned this as a two step process, with the patient coming in later this year to address his crown, with this donor hair rebounding very well. He is not on finasteride due to stable hair loss pattern. Grafts were harvested with a 0.80 mm sharp punch, and placed with Hans Lion Implanters. All grafts harvested and placed by Dr. Vories.
