Dr. Bijan Feriduni Posted October 31, 2016 Share Posted October 31, 2016 FUE performed on a 53 year old Caucasian male with: - Norwood Type V Class T - Donor density of 72 FU/cm2 in the temporal region and 92 FU/cm2 in the occipital region - Hair diameter of ~64-70 µm Treatment plan: A Follicular Unit Extraction with 3000 FU to reconstruct the entire hairline, central core, the lateral humps and bridge. Still planned: A 2nd Follicular Unit Extraction with 1500-2000 FU to reconstruct the crown area in low/medium density. Performed procedure (September 29th, 2015): A Follicular Unit Extraction procedure with 3440 FU: * 681 single hair FU * 1634 double hair FU * 1125 triple hair FU * HGI (hair per graft index)= 2.13 Extraction performed with a 0.80mm FUE punch with CIT Manual Punch Handle.
