Regular Member johnsmith20172017 Posted October 3, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted October 3, 2016 I have had two transplants and too much hair has been placed in the frontal third in my opinion giving an unnatural appearance. Would it be possible to FUE some of this hair and redistribute it please?
Senior Member Transhair Posted October 4, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted October 4, 2016 You can, but you have to remember that you'd end up with visible dot scarring on your forehead

Can you post some pics so that we can see the issue? Sounds like you had great yield.
Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted October 4, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted October 4, 2016 Yes, you can do it but there are considerations. Depending upon where you're extracting the hair from, there may be visible scarring. Also, there is always a risk of transection of the grafts or surrounding hair. I don't see the difference in density. But, I understand that pics can be deceiving. I would leave it alone.
