Naturally high hairline.

Ive been considering this as an option to lower a naturally high hairline by maybe 1-1.5cm, would this be my best option?

 

If so i would like to know the surgeons in london i should look at along with typical costs and if anyone has any idea how many grafts i would need to lower by 1cm.
