Ketoconazole Dandruff shampoo after HT

Hey guys!

 

Just reaching out for some advice. I recently had my HT (2.5 months ago) and am noticing alot of dandruff and was hoping sum peeps could recommend any decent anti-dandruff shampoos to tackle the problem.

 

I’ve tried ‘Head and Shoulders’ without success and was thinking about trying 'Nizoral' because of the anti-fungal drug Ketoconazole, but after reading mixed reviews about it causing dry scalp/excessive shedding, including Spex’s own opinion on it (http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/135193-nizoral-shedding.html), I don’t think it wd be a good choice.

 

Another shampoo that contains Ketoconazole is ‘Regenpure’, which seems to have some good moisturizing ingredients, but I’m not sure because it contains Ketoconazole that it would still cause dry scalp/shedding.

 

I wd be grateful if anyone has some advice and/or could letme know what there experience has been with 'Regenpure' or if they use another shampoo that treated the dandruff.
