Didn't know much about it and hence had a lot of questions. So I decided to make a video on it and Dr. Gaurang helped me answer all the questions. Is it the best non-surgical option? Who is or isn't a candidate for PRP? How soon can one see results? How often should one get PRP? Is PRP a standardised procedure and all clinics would perform it same? Does it have any side effects? What is the cost involved for a session? Does it help HT patients? Apart from surgery is there any treatment for Hair Loss which gives permanent results? If anyone wants to ask any questions here please do. Also, the procedure was painful as it involves a few (around 20 in my case) injections to your head. Had to take a pain killer before sleeping. And one day after the session my head is still heavy and hurts in some parts. Disclaimer: I do not get paid to be making these videos. If you have any roots left where you're missing hair. PRP and medicines could help, if you don't have roots there you don't have a choice but to go for a HT.
