Regular Member Dr. William Lindsey Posted October 29, 2015 Regular Member Share Posted October 29, 2015 This mid 30s fellow had a case at a major chain a few years back where hair was sprinkled around the edges....and diffusely spread in the crown. We did a medium sized case, packing around his hairline and then trimmed and packed the crown(around the grafts he'd already received). Although he has very fine hairs...he looks terrific. We also excised his old wider scar and got a pretty good resultant scar even after harvesting 2500 grafts. Dr. Lindsey McLean VA William H. Senior Member win200 Posted October 29, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted October 29, 2015 Great job, and excellent scar. I don't think his first one was bad at all, but you managed to improve it!
