V Class T - Donor density of ~84 - 88 FU/cm2 in the occipital donor region and ~72-76 FU/cm2 in the temporal donor regions - Hair diameter of ~56-60 microns Treatment plan: - A FUE to restore the hairline, central core and bridge with medium density. Performed procedure (June 23rd & 24th, 2014): Follicular Unit Extraction performed on 2 surgery days: * 435 single hair FU * 2989 double hair FU * 571 triple hair FU Total number of follicular units on 2 consecutive days: 3995 FU Extraction performed with a 0.85mm FUE punch with CIT Manual Punch Handle. No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts (FUE); Parallel incisions (single, double and triple units) were made in custom-sized blades technique (~Cutting Edge blades of 0.75mm – 0.95mm). A FUE has been performed, being the explicit wish of the patient to be able to harvest as much follicular units as possible in only one procedure. Dr. B.
