Senior Member leftygolfer71 Posted August 12, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted August 12, 2015 (edited) I have been reading this forum for about three months and I just want to thank you all for the invaluable information! It's truly amazing how selfless people are and willing to help newbies! Thanks! I'm 44 and have been struggling with hair loss for years. I met with Dr. Bernstein and although not everyone likes his approach I found it refreshing and his personality great! I'm going with 2600 FUT. I also read here that some think his approach is very conservative, but again I'm okay with a gradual look and will have a future HT if needed. I was on Propecia years ago and the side affects on my libido were tough. Should I try again? Maybe break up the pills in quarters? Any other advice? I'm nervous...:-) I posted some pics of my hairline in my my album. Edited August 12, 2015 by leftygolfer71
Senior Member voxman Posted August 12, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted August 12, 2015 I think if you have realistic expectations of what can be achieved, you will be very happy and glad you made the decision. Curious on your name - Is 71 your year of birth or average golf score? I'm serious. Just look at my face. My Hair Regimen: Lather, Rinse, Repeat. Senior Member leftygolfer71 Posted August 12, 2015 Author Senior Member Share Posted August 12, 2015 Thanks! I wish it was my average golf score. It was the year I was born - I'm a 6 handicap.
