HT in San Francisco / San Jose / bay area

This is a great forum and thanks to all for providing very insightful info.

 

I am considering doing an HT. Would be great if you have any recommendation for the top HT doctor in San francisco / San Jose / Bay area or near by.

 

Mine is probably 5 in NW scale and wondering which method ( FUT / FUE / Ultra refined Follicular unit transplant ) is considered better.

 

Greatly appreciate your input on the Dr and the mthod
