Senior Member Dr. Joseph Williams Posted August 29, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted August 29, 2014 38 year old male 1 year post-op having received a total of 2,136 grafts utilizing custom cut blades: 400 single hair grafts were placed into 0.8mm (45 degree blade) incisions in the hairline, 200 grafts were placed into 0.8mm incisions (90 degree blade) to recreate temporal peaks, 700 grafts were placed into 1.2mm (45 degree blade ) incisions in the front, 336 grafts in the top, and 500 grafts in the crown.
