The worry that I have is that I started combing my hair after 1 month of my surgery and now after my second month I noticed slight bleeding in my crown area where here was transplanted. Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted August 20, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted August 20, 2014 Tim, There's no problem with combing your hair one month after surgery and no chance that your grafts are bleeding after two months. More than likely, the bleeding you are seeing is due to a pimple in the recipient area which is common. However, I suggest checking with your physician to rule out anything more serious.
