Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted August 16, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted August 16, 2014 sam6398, Welcome! As you've already determined, ayurvedic treatments simply don't work. Only Propecia (finasteride) and Rogaine (minoxidil) are clinically proven to treat male pattern baldness. I'd recommend adding minoxidil to your regimen. Some guys don't get new hair growth with finasteride. However, if it at least helps to preserve your existing hair, you should count that as a win. Have you already consulted with a hair transplant surgeon? David - Former Forum Co-Moderator and Editorial Assistant I am not a medical professional.
