His prior doctor used the old style minigrafts and spread them around the front of his scalp. The result was an extremely unnatural look that left him wishing he had never had a procedure in the first place. When meeting Dr. Feller he was reserved about having another procedure, but felt he had no choice. Dr. Feller implanted nearly 3000 grafts in between the old grafts in the front third of the scalp. All photos taken at the 8 month mark so more thickening to come, but even at this point the patient was so happy he scheduled a second procedure to cover his thinning crown.
