Hi,

I have started to bald and started applying minoxidil 5% to avoid hair loss.

My hair has good texture when I apply almon oil before taking a shower.

I apply minoxidil foam (indian one) before sleeping. A few hours later ( approx 4 hours later) I was waking up and applying almond oil and then sleeping . The I wake up in the morning and take a shower.

Have been following this for a week.

But I want to know if hair oil can be applied a few hours after applying minoxidil. Does it cause any hair loss. Want to be sure so they i am not worsening the problem

Thanks in advance

There is no problem with applying oil to your hair 4 hours after applying minoxidil. Once the minoxidil dries, you can apply anything you like.

The below response comes from Rogaine's own website.

"You may follow your normal hair care routine when using ROGAINE® products. However, you should apply ROGAINE® product first and wait for it to dry before applying your styling products."
