Concealers in non-uniform hair

Just wondering, is it possible to achieve a good result with concealers, if you hair is not uniform? I am considering getting my hair dyed several blond colors, but i'm wondering if this makes concealers make unnatural spots.

It sounds like an impossible task to me, you only get maybe two different shades of blond when it comes to concealers, even if you could get different colours for each shade of your dyed hair applying it to the right areas would be a nightmare.

The concealers are going to show up where the colour does not match.

You can get Toppik, Nonogen etc on Ebay.
