Hi all, I'm new to this blog so apologies if my q's appear dated/answered.

Just a few things I'm intrigued about:

1. Are HT's really as good as they look, ie. Burlusconi, Salman Khan, Jimmy Nesbit, etc.etc.

2. Are there any good FUE surgeons in UK?

3. Does propecia work ok on its own? I did try this with minoxidil but found I got a puffy face, is this normal? I now take propecia only, however, not with the results shown in Belgravia pics.

4. Does a fue procedure hurt?

5. i'VE heard alvi armani done salman's hair, it looks super to me, however, he's in Dubai.

6. Is HM a near thing?

7. What are the downsides of a HT and do you need to take propecia or anything else such as minoxidil for life afterwards?

You've asked some really juicy questions so I'll give them a shot.

 

1. I'm very happy with my HT, check out my blog.

2. No.

3. Yes. The majority maintain their hair, a small minority are lucky to get regrowth.

4. I had FUT and it didn't really hurt. FUE is less painfull. But it's subjective and everyone is different.

5. I wouldn't let Alvi Armani touch my head.

6. It's been around the corner for the last 10 years. I wouldn't bet on it.

7. Research as much as possible is the key. People who understand HTs and don't have unrealistic expectations usually end up happy. If you have a lot of native hair left, it's highly recommended to take Propecia after your HT.
