Senior Member Dr. Joseph Williams Posted February 28, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted February 28, 2014 49 year old male 1 year post-op having received a total of 3,521 grafts utilizing custom cut blades: 250 single hair grafts were placed into 0.8mm (45 degree blade) incisions in the hairline, 250 grafts were placed into 0.8mm incisions (90 degree blade) to recreate temporal peaks, 800 grafts were placed into 1.2mm (45 degree blade ) incisions in the front, 821 grafts in the top, and 1400 grafts in the crown.
