What kind of care should be taken post-op?

I had FUT done for 5000+ grafts. I did everything to the t for the first week... third week now I was not given any particular instructions after the stitches came out.

 

I have returned to normal life for the most part. I lift moderately heavy things at work sometimes and other thing I sometimes do is run my hand through the grafts.... to just get a feel of what they are like. Also some sexual activity. I also always wear a hat wherever I go.

 

 

Would these hurt my grafts?
