finasteride and hair cycle

just thought of this question this evening. i was wonding about hair that regrows after minaturisation after taking finasteride, does this hair then go through normal hair cycles while you are on the drug? for instance will it grow shed and regrow again like normal hair? or does it regrow and not go through the cycles?
