Regular Member JB1127 Posted July 7, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted July 7, 2013 (edited) I have been on propecia (Dr. Reddy's) for almost 3 months now, taking the recommended 1mg a day. Before I started taking it I was shedding just a little bit, but ever since I started I have had a ton of shedding for 3 months straight. I'm a little worried about this, I have looked around the internet and seen that shedding is common, but it's gotten so out of control that I feel like it won't stop. I've also talked to a hair transplant doctor at about the second month and he said it was common, but I'm still seeing no signs of it stoping. So my question is, what do I do now? Should I maybe get on the original brand of propecia rather than the generic? I don't want to get off the drug if it's working, I'm just concerned that my hair won't grow back. I'm 22 if that helps... Thanks a lot in advance! Edited July 8, 2013 by JB1127
