Our patient came to us at 29 years old wanting to recreate his front hairline and work back to the crown as much as possible. Dr. Shelly Friedman was able to transplant 3,227 grafts in this patient’s first surgery. 800 single hairs were placed in the anterior and posterior hairline bilaterally, and in the temples bilaterally. 2,427 follicular units were transplanted to the frontal region bilaterally, and the mid scalp bilaterally. The patient came back a year later extremely happy with his results and had his second surgery to add more density to the existing procedure.
