Redness not vanishing after HT

Hi,

I had my HT more than 3 month back using FUE technique and my recipient area is still red. Not even 1% redness has reduced .I am asian and donot have fair complexion. Has anyone faced similar problem and what can be done about this

Also I am seeing pimples all over my head. I mean the area which was not at all touched during HT, lots of pimples are growing there also.? IS it normal

It is foliclitis.... Infection of roots.

Touch base with your doc immediately.

my redness lasted for 6 months so 3 months of redness is not that uncommon..

But there must be some workaround for this.. Its so difficult to cover ur head for 6 months

i used a little make up to cover the redness borrowed from my girlfriend for a while but after some time i stopped caring about it and told people who noticed the redness that i had a reaction to rogaine and also got sun burnt..

 

for me as time went on i got less and less self conscience about the HT.

I had redness for a long time as well. I use a little green tinted redness concealer with a mineral foundation over top and it did a pretty good job.

 

However, you are seeing lots of pimples and your scalp is inflamed and/or sore contact your Dr ASAP!

Yes, green will neutralize the red.
