This patient came to Dr. Friedman after struggling with his hair loss for years. His main concern was his hairline feeling it had disappeared over the years. Dr. Friedman was able to harvest 3,651 grafts from the patient’s donor area. 900 single hairs were placed to create the hairline and temporal areas. The single hairs were transplanted to the anterior hairline bilaterally, posterior hairline bilaterally, and the temples bilaterally. 2,751 follicular units were transplanted to the frontal region bilaterally, mid-scalp bilaterally, and bilateral vertex. The patient’s results are pictured after 13 months; he is looking very happy with his first procedure and looking forward to having his second surgery with Dr. Friedman soon.
