His hair was fine in caliber and his donor density was only 60 follicular units per square centimeter. Strip harvesting was done and 1700 follicular unit grafts were placed carefully between existing hairs in the front, midscalp, and crown. He is extremely happy with the improvement seen after 1 year. The first four picture are pre-operative. The paired pictures show before and 1 year after his procedure, and the last photos is of the donor scar, also at 1 year.
