Hello all experienced People, I am 3 months and 20 days post up, I have had 4000 grafts in hairline, I have good growth so far, however I am concerned that I have one spot rather med size that is totally empty in the middle of my hairline, unlike the rest of the transplanted area which is pretty much filled, except one side is fuller than the other, but I am very concerned about this big spot in the middle that is still totally bald, any ideas if I should worry or not? Please let me know kindly

not to worry at all. 3 months is the earliest you will start seeing growth, and everything will probably grow in differently. best bet is to get some concealer/fibers and ride it out, unfortunately.

Who was your doctor?

4000 grafts in hairline sounds like a lot!

Be patient with the growth :)

2,000 grafts FUT Dr. Feller, July 27th 2012. 23 years old at the time. Excellent result. Need crown sorted eventually but concealer works well for now.

Propecia and minoxidil since 2010. Fine for 8 years - bad sides after switching to Aindeem in 2018.

Switched to topical fin/minox combo from Minoxidil Max in October 2020, along with dermarolling 1x a week.

Wrote a book for newbies called Beating Hair Loss, available on Amazon

Hello well thank you guys, well it is 2700 Grafts in hairline and 1200 a little behind it... So is using concelar at this time okay and will not harm the growing hair?

I want to ask the experienced people have they seen a spot that did not have any hair at all at arround 3 months and half after hair transplant and then it grew all fine? is this normal?
