I haven't noticed much of a difference yet, and I am a bit concerned. Maybe I just don't notice because I see myself every day, but I don't really see much of, if any, difference. I would think that 2400 grafts mainly done on the front 1/3 of the head will make a pretty signifcant impact. I had a decent hairline already before the transplants.
