Estimate of grafts you would say?

Hellow, I have been on propecia for over 2 years. I experienced major shedding starting from the 4th and 8th month mark. I almost quit! I contacted shapiro medical when I was very depressed and I cant remember his name but he estimated around 12-1400 grafts but also recommended that i stick it out. Plus I was only 22 at the time now im 24. Im glad I took his advice, I believe propecia has worked well with me. But anyways I would like to be able to put my hair up in the front which I cant do anymore. How many grafts would you guys say i need? first picture is mostly wet second one is mostly dry.
